The Point 5 Plus Paxton Proximity Reader Shroud is engineered for use in high-risk environments such as mental health facilities, secure wards, and other healthcare settings. It fits precisely over existing Paxton readers, protecting the device from accidental or intentional damage while allowing staff to operate it efficiently.
Made from strong, tamper-resistant polycarbonate, the shroud is durable enough to withstand everyday wear and tear in busy facilities. The chamfered edges, smooth contours, and narrow profile minimise ligature risks, helping create a safer environment for both patients and staff.
