Safe Access Evolution is an innovative access control solution that upgrades existing mechanical locks into fully functional keyless systems without the need for replacement. Designed specifically for secure care environments, the system enhances both patient safety and operational efficiency.
By repurposing the existing lockset, the system retains all original mechanical functions, including override capability, while introducing modern access control features. Installation requires no door modifications, ensuring that fire safety integrity is fully maintained.
The system incorporates a ligature-resistant and vandal-resistant design, using concealed fixings to minimise risk and prevent tampering. It operates as a standalone system, removing reliance on WiFi or cloud-based platforms, while still offering flexible programming and access control.
With advanced encryption technology and multiple access methods, Safe Access Evolution provides a secure, adaptable solution that supports both staff control and patient independence throughout recovery environments.

Installation
- Ensure the wall surface is clean and level before installation.
- Position the enclosure over the socket outlet and mark fixing points.
- Drill pilot holes and secure the enclosure using appropriate fixings.
- Ensure the enclosure sits flush against the wall surface to maintain ligature-resistant performance.
- Test the lockable cover mechanism to confirm correct operation.
Cleaning Instructions
- Clean using a mild detergent and a damp cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaning materials or harsh chemicals that may damage the surface.
